General Policies
We consider all the requests or comments added to the reservation. We will endeavor to meet them, but you should not forget that all depends on the day of arrival.
The arrival is from 15:00 hrs. The time limit for check-out is 12:00 hrs.
Parking The hotel has private parking free for customers. It also has garage (a fee is charged)
Cancellation Policy: The hotel has different cancellation policies, the most common is our flexible fee cancellation charge if canceled 24 hours before from 12:00 hrs on day of arrival. However it is important to read the cancellation policy applied to accommodations.
Credit Card Conditions: The hotel does not charge your credit card. The data is only a guarantee, with exception for the non refundable reservations, prepayment rates.
Children conditions and policies: Traveling with a child until 12 can benefit from our promotional rate set for 2 adults with children in an extra bed for free. For us to assign correct capacity room, note that at the time of booking you must select the capacity of the room depending on the total number of occupants, number of adults and 1 child regardless billed only booking of 2 adults.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
The entire hotel is Non Smoking.
